At the river side of the Kamo River in Kyoto, a “Hanami Party” was held for the new students of DBS, 6th students by the DBSN (Doshisha Business School Network), which is the alumni organization. More than 40 students, family members, alumni and faculty members came together to enjoy cherry blossom with lunch and beer. It was so beautiful spring day in Kyoto just after finishing the cold weather in winter. By the nice atmosphere with beautiful flowers, water from river, gentle breeze and etc, new people could talk openly at the Japanese traditional ceremony in spring.

Marketers in regulated industries are finding it challenging to leverage the full power of social media and are awaiting guidance on Internet marketing and social media from the FDA. I've talked with a dozen + marketers over the past few months in the Healthcare industry and the possibilities of what they would like to do with social media is inspiring. I predict that once FDA guidance is given we will start to see an abundance of innovative social media initiatives in this area.

Japanese lifestyle & culture from Kyoto
I would like to introduce the real Japanese life style and culture from Kyoto to the people living in Japan and different countries using this weblog. Even small things that have happened around me would help to describe our life in Japan. Please leave any comments when you visit my site because it could be very helpful for this weblog.
