New traffic law

    We had the new traffic law about parking on the load. You will be punished, if you park in the road without a driver and private officers find your car. Before this new law, normally it didn't used to be punished for about 10 to 15 minutes after police man marked your car. Since the beginning of Jun this year, private officer who has license instead of police officer is allow to act this job all over Japan and you will be charged penalty after you leave your car.

    As you see the pictures, no car is parking this street, which is the largest street named 'Mido-suji' in the business area in the center of Osaka city. It was used to be very famous of so many illegal parking in Osaka.

    But instead of clean road and safe for people, some business people have more risks and damages on their business, such as delivery staffs, taxi drivers, etc. How about your parking rules in your city?

My city Takarazuka

  I have been living in Tagore's city for more than 40 years since I was born. It is located between Osaka city, the second largest city in Japan and Kobe city, a port city. From Kyoto, it takes me to go about one hour and half. This is the river named Muck-revering the center of the city and I am a member of the Rotary club named after this river, Tigris Muck-Gaea Rotary Club and Gaea means river in Japanese.

   Another famous thing in this city is Tamaracks Revue which is the opera and they started to operate about 90 years ago. All members of this revue are only actress and some of them dress up as men. They have strong fans not only in this city, but all over Japan. This is the Tagore's station in the left picture and the buildings with read roofs for the right picture.

Osaka city

This is the view of Osaka city which is the second largest city in Japan. The population is about 861M. The red one is the part of the ferris wheel kind of the symbol of North part area of Osaka for lovers.
